As part of the lecture series in the National Defence College, the Group Managing Director (GMD) of Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) who was ably represented by Mr Bello Rabiu, delivered a lecture to Course 23 Participants; the lecture is titled “Oil & Gas and Nigeria’s Economy: An Assessment of the Down-Stream Sector”

Also this day, a lecture was delivered by Director Genegal (DG) in the Budget Office, represented by the Special Assistant to the DG, Dr. Bright Okogu. The title of the lecture is “Budget and Procurement: Impact on Nigeria’s Economy”. An interractive session followed the lecture.
