IGP, Solomon Arase visits NDC
The Inspector General of Police (IGP), Solomon Arase has called for increased cooperation between the military and the police especially in the area of peace-keeping, internal security, and policy making as well as respect for rule of law and inculcation of democratic norms for national development.
Arase said this when he paid a courtesy call on the Commandant, National Defence College (NDC), Rear Admiral Patrick Agholor in Abuja recently.
The police boss emphasized that training is the foundation and pillar of professionalism, attributing part of his successes and attainments today to the strategic level of training he obtained from the College. He pledged his continuous support to the vision of the College and his readiness to continually contribute his quota towards addressing the needs of the College.
