His Excellency Solicits Close Information Sharing Between Think Tanks

The High commissioner of India to Nigeria, His Excellency Abhah Thakur solicits National Defence College Nigeria to move beyond bilateral capacity training of strategic level senior officer to close information sharing between Think Tanks of both countries. He made this remarks when he paid a courtesy call on the Commandant National Defence College, Rear Admiral Adeniyi Osinowo. His Excellency, asserted that prior to his appointment as the High Commissioner of India to Nigeria, he was the High Commissioner of India to Mauritius. He also added that there is need for strategic cooperation aside the official forum of discussion that has been going on between the 2 countries.

The Commandant while making his remarks commended the effort of the High Commissioner for his timely settling down within a period of less than 2 months and deeming it necessary to pay a courtesy call on him. The Commandant concluded that India is one of the top nations Nigeria has related with
