The Inauguration Ceremony of National Defence College Course 23 will take place on Tuesday 9 September 2014 at the College Auditorium by 0900hrs. The Honourable Minister of Defence, Lt Gen Aliyu Gusau Mohammed (rtd) will be the Special Guest of Honour.
