Minister for Sports Development delivered a lecture at NDC

Rear Admiral OM Olotu, the Commandant National Defence College received Senator John Owan Enoh, the Hon Minister of Sports Development to the College for lecture presentation titled “Sports  Development as a Panacea for National  Unity and Economic  Development” to Participants of NDC Course 32 on Tuesday, 31 October 2023.
