CDS delivers Lecture on Leadership…

The Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), General Abayomi Gabriel Olonisakin has said that the Defence Headquarters is reviewing the Terms and Conditions of Service of the Armed Forces of Nigeria. The CDS made this statement during a lecture to the Participants of NDC Course 24 titled ‘’A NEW APPROACH TO LEADERSHIP IN THE ARMED FORCES OF NIGERIA’’.

He said that the new Terms and Conditions of Service will among other things accommodate the welfare of personnel of the Armed Forces of Nigeria. He then applauded the efforts of the Military on the ongoing fight against insurgency in the North East, adding that the Military has done tremendously well in weakening the Boko Haram insurgents. The CDS then congratulated the Participants of NDC Course 24 on their successful completion of the Course. He urged the graduands to remain good ambassadors of their respective Services and Agencies and to utilize the knowledge they gained in the endeavor to keep the nation safe and secured.
