Comrade Oshiomhole delivers a Lecture at NDC

As part of lecture series for the NDC Course 24 Participants in their current academic block, on 6 January 2016, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, the Executive Governor of Edo State delivered a lecture titled “Strategic Leadership: My Political Experience”. The lecture was followed by an interractive session with the Participants and Faculty Members.
