The Director General (DG) of the Department of State Security (DSS), Mr Ita Essien delivered a lecture titled “Counter-Insurgency and Counter-Terrorism Operations In Nigeria: An Appraisal of the Role of DSS”. The lecture was part of the lecture series in the current academic block in the College. The lecture was immediately followed by an interractive session with the Participants.
