A total of 129 Participants of NDC Course 23 were on Sunday 2 August 2015 inducted to the Alumni Association of the National Defence College (AANDEC) at a cocktail party in the NDC Officers’ Mess. During the occasion, the Special Guest of Honour, Rear Admiral IE Ibas urged the graduating Participants to be good ambassadors of the College and the ANNDEC.
