Participants will engage in interactive sessions focusing on leadership development, strategic decision-making, and effective mentoring techniques, all aimed at fostering a supportive environment for peer mentorship and building collaborative networks. The course seeks to empower women by equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in leadership roles and drive gender equality within their institutions.
