A Seminar with the Theme “Counter Insurgency/Counter Terrorism and Nigeria’s National Security” was held at the College on 10th March 2015 where three papers were being presented. The Lead Paper titled “Application of Non-Kinetic Approaches” was presented by Dr Fatima Akilu of the Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA).

The second paper titled “Challenges of Critical Infrastructure Protection” was presented by Rear Admiral T Dick while the third and last paper titled “Appraisal of Whole-of-Societty Approaches” was presented by Mr Mike Ejiofor, CEO Apex Security Consultant.

 

The presentation of these papers was followed by a Central Discussion, where the Discussants further analyse the presentation and make submissions. The discussants are Dr CS Udeh, a Directing Staff (DS) and a Member of Faculty at the College and Cdre IM Mankilik.
