The Commandant National Defence College Nigeria, Rear Admiral OM Olotu, received Honourable Minister of Foreign Affairs of Nigeria, His Excellency Yusuf Maitama Tuggar to the College for lecture presentation titled “Diplomacy and National Security in Nigeria: The Role of Ministry of Foreign Affairs ” to NDC Course 32 Participants on Thursday 8 February 2024 in Abuja.
