National Defence College Course 30 Inauguration Ceremony

The National Defence College NDC Course 30 Inauguration Ceremony was held today Wednesday 29 September 2021. Accordingly, series of events mapped out for the ceremony included Commandant’s Cocktail with Participants of NDC Course 30, Abuja City Tour and the Inaugural Lecture which was the highpoint of the ceremony.

The former President, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan was the Special Guest of Honour/Speaker and delivered the Inaugural Lecture for NDC Course 30 at Abacha Hall of the National Defence College. Also at the event were, Chairman House Committe on Defence Honourable Babajim Benson, Honourable Minister of Defence, Major General Bashir Magashi (rtd) , who was represented by the Chief of Defence Staff, General LEO Irabor, Past Chief of Defence Staff Admiral OS Ibrahim (rtd). Others are; Reps of National Security Adviser, VIPs from the 3 arms of government, MDA’s, senior serving/retired military officers and members of Diplomatic Corps, amongst others.

The Course is a 49 week strategic level course and Participants were drawn from the 3 Services of the Nigerian Armed Forces, friendly nations, paramilitary organisations and MDA’s.
