NDC Holds SERVICOM Inauguration and Advocacy Week

The National Defence College SERVICOM Unit yesterday held Inauguration and Advocacy Visit to mark the International Customer Service week. The National Coordinator SERVICOM Mrs Nnenna Akajiemeli who paid courtesy call on the Commandant on her arrival to the College expressed  her gratitude on the warm reception accorded to her and stated that the Military needs to do more especially in the areas of service delivery, bearing in mind that the College is engaged in service delivery through the medical centre and training programmes of the College.

The Commandant of the College Rear Admiral OB Daji in his remarks, thanked the National Coordinator for her visit and what SERVICOM has been doing in terms of taking complaints from consumers and following up with feedbacks. The Commandant promised improved, efficient, timely and transparent service with service delivery in the College. The SERVICOM Unit of the College headed by Peace Onyewueke and other SERVICOM staff of the College were Inaugurated during the event.
