NDC Course 31 Embarks On Combined National Study Tour To Selected States of The Federation

The NDC Course 31 Participants has embarked on combined National Study Tour to selected states of the Federation from 4-10 December, 2022. The exercise is an aspect of Module 2 Curriculum of the State and Socio-Political Environment of the Course.

The objective of the tour is to acquaint Participants with the understanding of the Socio-Political Environment of the States and the country in general as exemplified in the various lectures and the seminar already delivered. The theme for the National Study Tour for Course 31 is “Building Socio-Economic Resilience in the Contemporary Security Environment: The State in Perspective”. The various teams are expected to examine the states’ socio-economic resilience in view of the contemporary security environment, including what could be leveraged to enhance the States’ resilience for national development.

The teams will also visit strategic installations and military establishments in the States visited. The tour is a one-week exercise.

The States visited includes: Bauchi, Edo, Kaduna, Nasarawa, Oyo and Rivers State.

The teams are expected to make oral presentation and written reports at the end of the Study Tour that would enhance the promotion of resilience in the 6 states of the Federation visited.
