NDC Receives Equipment to Combat COVID – 19

The Alumni Association of the of the National Defence College Nigeria (AANDEC) has donated Pedal Hand Cleansing Machines and other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to the National Defence College (NDC) for the combat Corona Virus Pandemic in the College. The President of AANDEC, Major General Garba Audu (rtd.) made the donation today at the College Clinic along with the executive members of the Association. While donating the items, the President noted that the equipment were to further boost the college effort towards fighting the spread of Corona Virus in the Nation’s highest military institution.

The Commandant NDC, Rear Admiral Mackson Kadiri in his response, thanked the Association for its gesture. He stated that the College has maintained all safety precautions against COVID-19 as recommended by the PTF on COVID-19.  He added that the items from AANDEC will add to other safety facilities and PPE already acquired and deployed in the College for the safety of College Staff and participants of the Course.
