Participants of NDC Course 28 Presents Research Paper to Chief of Naval Staff (CNS)

In fulfillment of part of the requirement for the award of fellow Defence College (fdc) the Nigerian Navy participants of National Defence College (NDC) Course 28 on Thursday 16 July 2020, presented the Chief of the Naval Staff (CNS) Research paper to the CNS, Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ekwe Ibas. The Research Paper titled, “Hydrographic Capability and National Development: Imperatives for the Nigerian Navy” was presented at the Naval Headquarters, Abuja. The event was witnessed by the CNS, branch chiefs at the Naval Headquarters, Commandant NDC, Rear Admiral Mackson kadiri other senior staff of the College and Nigerian Navy participants of NDC Course 28.
