Mrs Aishatu Yanet

Mrs Aishatu Yanet is an Assistant Research Fellow in the Department of Conflict, Peacekeeping and Humanitarian Studies (DCPHS) of the African Centre for Strategic Research and Studies (ACSRS). She joined the services National Defence College (NDC), Nigeria on 9 September 2002 after successfully concluding her National Youth Service in the same institution. She was born in Zaria, Kaduna State and holds a B Sc in Political Science and a Masters in International Affairs and Diplomacy (MIAD) both from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. She has also attended several courses and programmes relevant to her field of interest which is Peace and Security. Aisha has journal publications to her credit and coordinates the APSTA and IAPTC desks at the NDC. She is happily married with two children.
